Sáng ngày 17/10/2026, Trường THCS Giang Biên long trọng tổ chức Hội nghị viên chức, người lao động năm học 2026–2027 nhằm phát huy quyền làm chủ, tinh thần trách nhiệm và trí tuệ tập thể trong việc thực hiện các nhiệm vụ năm học mới.

Đồng chí Nguyễn Thị Thu Hằng – Bí thư Chi bộ, Hiệu trưởng nhà trường.
Đồng chí Trần Thị Thanh Hà – Phó Bí thư Chi bộ, Phó Hiệu trưởng nhà trường.
Đồng chí Phạm Thùy Dương – Chi ủy viên, Phó Hiệu trưởng nhà trường.
Cùng toàn thể cán bộ, viên chức, người lao động Trường THCS Giang Biên.
Hội nghị được tổ chức bảo đảm nguyên tắc dân chủ, công khai và trách nhiệm. Dưới sự điều hành của Đoàn Chủ tịch, các nội dung được triển khai nghiêm túc, tạo điều kiện để viên chức, người lao động phát huy quyền làm chủ, đóng góp ý kiến xây dựng nhà trường.
Nhà trường vui mừng đón nhận những lẵng hoa tươi thắm từ Ban đại diện cha mẹ học sinh và Đoàn Thanh niên nhà trường. Những tình cảm và lời chúc mừng là nguồn động viên ý nghĩa đối với tập thể sư phạm.
Tại phần báo cáo, đồng chí Nguyễn Thị Thu Hằng – Bí thư Chi bộ, Hiệu trưởng nhà trường – đã trình bày báo cáo đánh giá kết quả thực hiện kế hoạch công tác năm học 2025–2026 và triển khai phương hướng, nhiệm vụ năm học 2026–2027.
Đồng chí Võ Hồng Thủy – Chủ tịch Công đoàn nhà trường – trình bày báo cáo về việc thực hiện Nghị quyết Hội nghị năm học 2025–2026, việc thực hiện quy chế dân chủ ở cơ sở và kết quả giám sát, hỗ trợ viên chức, người lao động thực hiện quyền dân chủ tại đơn vị.
Phát huy tinh thần dân chủ và trách nhiệm, Hội nghị đã lắng nghe các ý kiến tham luận của các tổ chuyên môn và Công đoàn về giải pháp thực hiện nhiệm vụ năm học. Những ý kiến trao đổi góp phần chia sẻ kinh nghiệm, phát huy trí tuệ tập thể và đề xuất các giải pháp thiết thực nhằm nâng cao chất lượng giáo dục, xây dựng môi trường làm việc đoàn kết, hiệu quả.
Đồng chí Lê Thị Thu – Trưởng ban Thanh tra nhân dân – trình bày báo cáo kết quả hoạt động năm học 2025–2026 và phương hướng, nhiệm vụ năm học 2026–2027, góp phần phát huy vai trò giám sát và thực hiện dân chủ trong nhà trường.
Hội nghị tiến hành phát động phong trào thi đua và ký giao ước thi đua năm học 2026–2027. Đại diện Ban Giám hiệu, Công đoàn và các tổ chuyên môn cùng ký kết giao ước, thể hiện tinh thần trách nhiệm, đoàn kết và quyết tâm thực hiện các mục tiêu, nhiệm vụ đã đề ra.
Đồng chí Dương Thị Thanh Huyền – Thư ký Hội nghị – trình bày dự thảo Nghị quyết Hội nghị viên chức, người lao động năm học 2026–2027. Với sự tán thành của 100% đại biểu tham dự, Nghị quyết chính thức được thông qua, tạo cơ sở để tập thể nhà trường triển khai thực hiện hiệu quả các nhiệm vụ trong năm học mới.
Hội nghị viên chức, người lao động năm học 2026–2027 đã diễn ra trong không khí nghiêm túc, dân chủ và đoàn kết. Với tinh thần “Đổi mới tư duy, chuyển biến mạnh mẽ, kết quả thực chất”, tập thể Trường THCS Giang Biên quyết tâm phát huy tinh thần trách nhiệm, đổi mới hoạt động, nâng cao chất lượng giáo dục và xây dựng nhà trường ngày càng phát triển.
On the morning of October 17, 2026, Giang Bien Secondary School formally held the Conference of Public Employees and Workers for the 2026–2027 academic year to promote democratic participation, a sense of responsibility, and collective wisdom in carrying out the tasks of the new academic year.
The conference was attended by:
Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Hang – Party Cell Secretary and Principal.
Ms. Tran Thi Thanh Ha – Deputy Party Cell Secretary and Vice Principal.
Ms. Pham Thuy Duong – Party Cell Committee Member and Vice Principal.
All administrators, public employees, and workers of Giang Bien Secondary School.
The conference was conducted in accordance with the principles of democracy, transparency, and accountability. Under the direction of the Presidium, the agenda was addressed with due diligence, enabling public employees and workers to exercise their democratic rights and contribute ideas to the school’s development.
The school was delighted to receive beautiful floral arrangements from the school’s Parent Representative Committee and Youth Union. These warm gestures and congratulatory messages provided meaningful encouragement to the entire school community.
During the reporting session, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Hang – Party Cell Secretary and Principal – presented a report evaluating the implementation of the school’s work plan for the 2025–2026 academic year and outlined the priorities and tasks for the 2026–2027 academic year.
Ms. Vo Hong Thuy – Chair of the School Trade Union – presented a report on the implementation of the Conference Resolution for the 2025–2026 academic year, the implementation of regulations on grassroots democracy, and the outcomes of monitoring and supporting public employees and workers in exercising their democratic rights within the school.
In a spirit of democracy and responsibility, the conference heard presentations from the subject departments and the Trade Union on measures to fulfil the tasks of the academic year. These contributions facilitated the exchange of experience, drew on collective wisdom, and proposed practical solutions to improve educational quality and foster a united and effective working environment.
Ms. Le Thi Thu – Head of the People’s Inspection Board – presented a report on the Board’s activities during the 2025–2026 academic year and outlined its priorities and tasks for the 2026–2027 academic year, contributing to stronger oversight and the promotion of democratic practices within the school.
The conference launched the emulation movement for the 2026–2027 academic year and held a signing ceremony for the corresponding commitment agreement. Representatives of the school leadership team, the Trade Union, and the subject departments jointly signed the agreement, demonstrating their shared responsibility, solidarity, and determination to achieve the established goals and fulfil the assigned tasks.
Ms. Duong Thi Thanh Huyen – Conference Secretary – presented the draft Resolution of the Conference of Public Employees and Workers for the 2026–2027 academic year. With unanimous approval from all delegates present, the Resolution was formally adopted, providing a foundation for the school community to carry out the tasks of the new academic year effectively.
The Conference of Public Employees and Workers for the 2026–2027 academic year was conducted in a spirit of seriousness, democracy, and solidarity. Guided by the motto “Innovative Thinking, Substantial Change, Tangible Results,” the entire Giang Bien Secondary School community is committed to upholding its sense of responsibility, introducing innovative practices, improving educational quality, and advancing the school’s continued development.
